ROSARY OF THE SPIRITUAL ARMOR
GIVEN BY THE HOLY VIRGIN
 

A standard Rosary is used.

Start:

The Sign of the Cross.
The Creed.

On the big beads:
One Our Father

On the small beads:
Holy Mary living Sanctuary of the One and Triune God; pray for us who are so sinners. (10x)
 

At the end of the 10 beads:
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee. Most Holy Mary.
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee. Most Holy Mary.
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee. Most Holy Mary.

Repeat again with the One Our Father and so on until you finish the 50 small beads.

At the end:
Hail, Holy Queen.
