Using a standard Rosary:

On the Big Beads:

O Sacred, Divine and Adored Heart of Jesus, to You I give myself and consecrate all and without reserve.

In the Small Beads (10x):

V/ Divine Heart of Jesus inexhaustible fountain of Love and Goodness.
R/ Be our refuge and our shelter, now and in the hour of our death. Amen.

At the end of the Chaplet, repeat three (3) times:

Divine Heart of Jesus, have pity of us. Amen.
 

Our note:
Repeat it at every instant and every day:
Come Lord Jesus, Come Lord Jesus, Come Lord Jesus.
